FULL GARDEN DESIGN
A comprehensive overhaul of your garden, from start to finish.
PLANTING DESIGN
if you’re generally happy with the hard landscaping of your garden, but have a problem area or want to create a new border, I can provide a tailored planting design to suit you.
GARDEN CONSULTANCY
Sometimes, a bit of advice is all you need. I can provide one-hour consultations, either in person or via video call, on a wide range of garden issues. Please get in touch to arrange a consultation to see how I can help.
CO-GARDENING SESSIONS
If you’re keen to learn more about gardening, but lack the confidence to know what to do and when, we can garden side-by-side for 3-hour sessions (only available within a 45 minute travel radius of Woodbridge, Suffolk). This is a great way to learn new skills, whilst also tackling a skilled or tricky job in your garden, such as wisteria pruning, dividing herbaceous perennials or training roses. This should give you the confidence to carry on without me, and a plan for what to tackle next.
FULL GARDEN DESIGN PROCESS
For those choosing my full garden design service, here’s the process from the initial consultation to project completion and beyond.

An initial visit and survey in order to understand the site, along with discussions of budget and timeframes.

Scaled concept drawings, moodboards and 3D modelling if required.

I work with you to choose materials and finalise the details of the design. Full planting plan, designed to suit your unique garden and requirements, is also provided at this stage.

I will work with trusted suppliers and contractors to bring the design to life.

I will source and supply the best-quality plants, and plant them up to ensure they get the best start.

Ongoing support can be provided if required, either by myself or a trusted local gardener.

Unfortunately, I only maintain gardens that I have designed. Due to time limitations, I am unable to take on any regular maintenance clients.

I have previously done several talks to gardening clubs, and hold occasional seasonal workshops in and around Woodbridge, Suffolk. Please contact me by email if you’d like to book me for a talk or discuss a workshop.

As there are so many variables involved, it’s very difficult to give general pricing. If you’re interested in working with me, the best first step is to call me to discuss your needs and possible budgets.

I am an RHS-qualified garden designer (RHS Level 2) with training in garden design from Beth Chatto’s Gardens in Essex and hands-on experience as an apprentice assistant head gardener through the WRAGS scheme. Since 2019, I have been working with private clients through my own garden design business.

My focus is on providing a collaborative approach to designing beautiful, abundantly-planted gardens and supporting my clients to create the gardens of their dreams.
After over a decade in tech PR in London, I moved to Suffolk in 2016 to pursue my passion for horticulture. With an RHS Level 2 diploma and garden design training at Beth Chatto Gardens, I launched my business in 2019, and have been creating beautiful gardens ever since.
